Using the PC-to-phone service involves 3 simple steps: 1. REGISTER You must register in order to gain access to our services. After registering you will be able to purchase credit time online. Once credit time purchased,you will be able to check your account balance, view your call history, and make long distance phone calls using your personal PIN number that you will find in your account page. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your Account information. Please, keep this email for further reference. You will then download your softphone on your PC. An icon E-PHONE will appear on your desktop and taskbar.In addition, all personal information you provide to E-tophone is protected according to our privacy policy. 2. PURCHASE CALLING TIME All payments are done via credit cards online and all other solutions described in 'HOW TO BUY'. You can purchase additional calling time at any time. DOWNLOAD the SOFTPHONE & PLACE CALLS Placing calls involves 4 easy steps: For calls within the US,Canada or Caribbean : Dial 1 +  area code and telephone number . For calls to other countries : Dial your international country code and telephone number. Do not dial the international access number (00 or 011 or...) ! To dial , press the green phone button - to hang up , press the red phone button . Fill in all your complete account information and pin number first followed by# in the dialer 'OPTIONS' box ! Make sure that you have properly input your Pin# as well as your personal Tel# in the boxes of your 'OPTIONS' dialog box (available by clicking the button between red and green phone of your dialer).Click OK. The message 'REGISTERED WITH GATEKEEPER' will then feature on your dialer. You are ready to call !   For dialing you may use your dialer OR keyboard buttons
